EcoGloss
Sissons Ecolux Ecogloss is a first grade alkyd fungicidal architectural gloss paint for interior and exterior use. It is suitable for use on metal and wooden substrates where all colours are light resisting and intermixable.
Surface
Adequate surface preparation should be carried out before application. Ensure surfaces to be painted are dry, clean and free from rust, loose or peeling parts, grease, wax or other contaminants.
Smooth metal substrates should be slightly abraded then suitably primed before painting to maximise adhesion and durability properties. Wooden surfaces should be smoothened by sanding then dusted-off before paint application.
For redecoration, ensure that the previous coating is in good condition. Spot-prime exposed or thinly coated areas before re-painting. Otherwise remove the previous coating via chemical or mechanical means then treat as per new surface.
Ecolux Ecogloss may only be used on cementitous substrates which had been fully cured and primed with a high quality alkaline resistant primer.

If the substrate colour is uneven, or in the case of re-decoration there is a radical change in colour, an additional coat of finishing may be required

Application Techniques
Brush, Roller, Conventional and Airless Spray
Thinning

Cleaning Up
Clean all equipment with suitable cleaning thinner immediately after use.
