EcoPrime
EcoPrime is a quality water based primer possessing good build, adhesion and coverage to prevent alkaline surfaces such as lime plaster, asbestos cement, concrete and the likes of from impairing the subsequent coatings.
Surface
Surfaces to be coated must be dry, clean and free from dirt.
Preparation should be properly carried out for all surfaces before application to ensure that they are dry and clean of all loose material, grease, wax or other contaminants.
- Wooden Substrate: Clean the substrate, then smooth down by sanding and dust off before application of paint.
- Masonry Substrate: Make good surface defects and ensure that the substrate is completely dry and clean before application.
- Ferrous Substrate: Remove mill scale and corrosion by manual or mechanical cleaning.
New and bare work must be primed with the appropriate primer.

Galvanized Iron or Aluminium
| Primer | 1 coat of Sissons Self Etch Primer. |
| Undercoat | 1 coat of Sissons Universal Undercoat. |
